The Brut Nature is a blend of Pinot Auxerrois, Pinot Gris, and Pinot Noir shows a pale yellow color with fine bubbles. The aroma is subtle and lifted, with notes of Granny Smith apple, honeydew and citrus. The wine itself is dry with no dosage, though the acidity is not aggressive partially due to the ample fruit and spice, but also due to the rich and round palate with a hint of salted and toasty brioche.
