The 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon is a blend from the Destiny Ridge and McKinley Springs Vineyards in the Horse Heaven Hills.

Varietal Composition: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon

Elaboration: The fruit was fermented in small open top fermenters for 10 days and was aged 26 months in French and American oak before bottling.
