Flor Del Montgo Tempranillo 2013

From winemaker David Tofterup, this bottle of Tempranillo is made from high quality organic grapes grown in Castilla vineyards.  In the glass, Flor is a dense dark cherry with purple hues. On the nose, you will find an intense aroma of wild strawberries, ripe plums and black cherries with a hint of mocha and dark chocolate . The palate is  rich, fresh and fruity offering ripe berries including cranberry, black cherry, black currant with notes of roasted oak, walnut and coffee.  Flor is full bodied and balanced with lively acidity and soft, silky tannins leading to a long finish. 

Popular throughout Europe, Flor Tempranillo 2014 won the GOLDMEDAILLE at the Concurso Nacional de Vinos Jóvenes 2014.
