Denocciolato Extra Virgin Olive Oil
This olive oil is a rare find. Its Italian name (denocciolare = to pit) means that the olive pits were removed from the olives before pressing. On the palate, it is soft with a decent fruitiness and a slight bitterness. It has a pleasant peppery note with an aftertaste of bitterness and green banana. This oil is fantastic on green salads or as a dip, as well as on a variety of starches.
